Kilos For K9s Crossfit Competition

Join us this coming November, 11th 2023 for “Kilo’s 4 k9s”, a unique competition designed to test your fitness in support of the Botetourt County K-9 Unit.

All proceeds will be donated to the Botetourt County K-9 Unit, a Charity that uses funding for the benefit of their dogs. They provide healthcare, necessary supplies, and “retirement benefits” to their K-9 officers.

Grab a friend and sign up as a team of 2! We will have both RX and Scaled divisions for our male and female athlete teams! Each athlete will receive an event T-shirt, 9 event competition day, and a chance to win 1st & 2nd podium prizes. All athlete registration proceeds will be donated to the Botetourt County k-9 Unit.

Our day will consist of 9 workouts spread out over the entire competition day. Each workout will be 9-12 minutes long. Prepare for registration to open the day of at 8:00am followed by athlete briefing at 8:30am the day of competition. We will kick off workout #1 at 9:00am!

This competition is designed to be a fun day raising money for a great charity at Big Lick Crossfit. If you have never competed before or love competing, this is the time to jump in and challenge yourself, as we have both scaled and RX divisions designed for any skill level!
